Meet Coach Patrick
Patrick is a husband, a father, an ER nurse, and a fitness expert with 20 years of experience. He has personally completed Marathons, full 140.6 Ironman races, 50-Mile Ultra races, and CrossFit competitions. He loves training everyone from newbies to experienced athletes. He has helped a variety of clients complete their first 5K, lose over 100 pounds, or complete their first Ironman. Patrick enjoys watching clients grow mentally and physically stronger.
