How It Works

Step One

Schedule a consult with your Coach

It all starts here. Ask questions. Get answers. Learn more about the Remote Coaching process.

Step Two

Meet Your Coach on a Video Call

This 30-60 minute video call gives you a chance to get to know your coach and for your coach to get to know you. During your consult, your coach will ask about YOU so that the program is individualized to meet your needs. Each month you and your coach will revisit your goals and catch up during your monthly video call.

Step Three

Perform Your Physical Assessment

For us to start off ready to meet our goals we must first assess our starting point. Your coach will give you physical assessment to run through on your first day. As you progress you’ll revisit this assessment to chart your improvements.

Step Four

Start Your Training

Each week you’ll receive daily, individualized training through the TrueCoach app on your phone. After each workout input your weights, reps, times, and any comments or feelings you want to share with your coach about the workout. Your coach will reply with any advice or encouragement you need. And he’ll modify the following week to accommodate recent improvements.

Step Five

Reach your goals

Not only will your coach individualize your weekly training but he’ll also offer to assess your nutrition and lifestyle habits.

A healthy life requires not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind. Your coach wants to see you succeed in and out of the gym and will offer help in all ways possible.

You’ll have daily access to your coach with text messaging and workout notes. Your coach is on your team and wants to see you reach all of your goals, not just fitness related.
